1. Returns

1.1. We accept returns within 15 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also be accompanied by proof of purchase.

1.4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

1.5. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

2. Refunds

2.1. Refunds are issued for the cost of the returned merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

2.2. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

2.3. Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges (if applicable)

3.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at with your order number and details of the issue.

4.1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
